Privacy Architecture in Development
VyMetric is a pre-launch company. Our privacy architecture is being built to the same precision standard as our measurement system, designed from the foundation up, not bolted on at the end. A full, legally reviewed Privacy Policy will be published prior to our first Totem pilot launch in Q4 2026.

Our Privacy Commitments (Pre-Launch)
- You own your data. Every biometric measurement belongs to the person it was captured from. We are the platform that makes it useful, not the owner.
- Explicit opt-in only. We will never capture, store, or share biometric data without clear, affirmative consent.
- No selling individual data. We do not sell, license, or share individual biometric profiles with third parties.
- Full deletion on request. Users will always have the right to export their complete dataset or delete everything permanently.
- CCPA and biometric law compliance. Built state-by-state from Day 0. Our legal architecture is a competitive advantage.
Data We Collect (Waitlist Only)
At this stage, we collect only: name, email address (to notify you of launch updates), and nearest city (to prioritize Totem placement). This data is used only for launch communication and will never be sold.
