VyMetric is built on a single, non-negotiable principle: your body data belongs to you. Not to us. Not to our brand partners. Not to advertisers. To you.
Your Six Permanent Rights
- Right to Own. Every biometric measurement we capture belongs to you. We are the infrastructure that makes it useful, you are always the owner.
- Right to Control. You decide what data is shared, with whom, and on what terms. Every data vector in our platform is independently opt-in.
- Right to Access. You can request a complete export of all data we hold about you at any time, in a machine-readable format, at no charge.
- Right to Correct. If any measurement or profile data is inaccurate, you can correct or update it at any time through the app.
- Right to Delete. You can permanently delete your entire Biometric ID and all associated data at any time. Deletion is complete and irreversible.
- Right to Withdraw Consent. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of prior processing.
What We Never Do
- We never sell individual biometric data or personally identifiable profiles.
- We never share your data with third parties without your explicit, affirmative consent.
- We never use your body data for purposes you have not consented to.
- We never retain data after you request deletion.
About Our Data Marketplace
Our data marketplace licenses anonymized, aggregated body measurement insights. It uses only fully anonymized datasets where no individual identity can be derived. It requires a separate opt-in, is not on by default, and activates only when our user base exceeds 50,000 scans.
